Delete your account

There are two ways to delete your Switchify account. The first is the fastest. The second is for cases where you can't sign in.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

1. Open Switchify on your device.
2. Sign in if you aren't already.
3. Go to the Account screen.
4. Scroll to Delete account.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm.

Option 2: Email us

If you can't access your account or run into a problem with the in-app flow, email owen@switchifyapp.com and:

1. Include the email address associated with your account.
2. Say clearly that you want to delete your account.
3. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.

What deletion means

• Deletion is permanent. It can't be undone.
• All of your data is removed from our servers.
• Any active subscription is cancelled immediately.
• You'll need to uninstall the app from your devices yourself if you no longer want it.
• You lose access to Pro features and any saved settings.
